Petite Boutique aims to provide each and every client the very best personalised service. A thorough consultation will always be performed prior to your service. However, in the unlikely event the final result doesn’t present as we discussed, Petite Boutique will rectify at no extra charge, within 7 days. 

Every effort will be made to accommodate you with a suitable appointment time, however, failure to return for a rectification appointment within 7 days will result in re-work at the usual pricing rates.

Petite Boutique diligently monitors the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by instilling discipline in all aspects of our business. Our objective is to protect and maintain the privacy, and security of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

This also extends to requesting shared appointments, information cannot be given without prior consent.

A 30% booking fee is payable to reserve an appointment time for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment. This booking fee is used to cover the cost of ordering the necessary products for your service and is non-refundable for change of mind.

A complimentary consultation is offered prior to payment of the booking fee.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, therefore, it is important that you call the salon promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment so the appointment can be offered to someone else. To best utilise appointment times for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. 

A 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged for all cancellations/reschedules where less than 24 hours notice is given.

“No Shows” are considered a failure to notify cancellation and will be invoiced 100% of the service cost.

Petite Boutique reserves the right to refuse future appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of the cancellation policy.

Reminder Service

An SMS reminder is sent to you the day prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment with a YES reply or call the salon to arrange a new appointment.

Petite Boutique reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments and a cancellation fee may apply.

Appointment Times

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for, without impacting on other clients. Due to space restrictions, please do not bring guests to your appointment.

Every effort will be made to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that your appointment may be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply if you are more than 15 minutes late.
